your logic, Delta state too is a SW/Yoruba
State and not a SS state.
3. That the fact that some tribes in Bayelsa
state (like Ogbia) trace their origin back to
Benin means Rivers and Bayelsa too are Edo and not SS states.
4. The fact that some tribes in Northern
Cross River have languages mutually
intelligible with some Edo-North tribes also
means Cross River is Edo and therefore a
Yoruba State based on your logic.
Then which state is left in the SS that fits
correctly into your logic? May be only
Bayelsa and Akwa Ibom. Even Bayelsa by,
virtue of its indigenous Muslems, is either
SW or North according to your logic. So only Akwa Ibom is the state left in your own version of SS.
You also said Edo is not culturally or geographically SS? Are
Nigeria regions purely geographical/
