Biulding a hostel around federal poly nekede is like investing in a prolific oil bloc, its a crazy money spiner for the following reasons; 1, The school is on its permanent site, it will never be relocated! 2, The school has a very large student population of both regular & part time. 3, Its proximity to Owerri town also puts pressure on accommodation because many workers also live in Nekede along with students. 4, Imo International market is being built along Aba road & on completion, there would be influx of people into Nekede since its the closest settlement to the market!
