Pattybf, You seem informed, articulate and honest far from common attributes in Nigeria. I wish to know, If I can use a UK licence in Nigeria?? I predominantly do not spend more than 4wks and on average visit Nigeria 2/3 times a year. Many thanks |

komekn:thanks for d compliment! unfortunately, it is not permissible to use other countries license in d country. u can apply for and get our national license to be used whenever u r around. |

Many thanks for your speedy reply. I am surprised as well as perplexed. I have dropped down in at least 15 different countries the North America, Asia and Europe picked up a car rental and hit the road with my foreign drivers license. So all the expatriates who drive in Nigeria had to first get our drivers licence? Hmmmmmmm I doubt that very much. But this is our beloved country and that is the way it is I guess. |
