As regards the "adding weight" issue, I also have the same problem, but last weekend I decided I cannot be wasting at home and be looking skinny(even though I eat a lot) when it is time for camping. Got myself some gyming equipment (local ones), I started on Monday, hopefully I'll get the desired result I want before we go for service.
