means to acquire white teeth from surgery to laser treatment. However,
you can use simple household ingredients to transform your yellow teeth to
white. All you need are baking soda and lemon.
Make sure that these two ingredients are close at your hands, and then
follow these steps if you want to correctly utilize this home treatment.
1. Add a tablespoon of baking soda in a bowl.

2. Cut the lemon in two halves then, squeeze the lemon and get a
tablespoon of lemon juice

3. Add the lemon juice to the baking soda and mix the ingredients

4. Take a napkin and use it to remove the mixture out of the bowl

5. Apply the mixture to your teeth, making sure you apply it to the upper
and lower teeth

6. Wait for two minutes, so that the remedy can work

7. Rinse your mouth and the teeth well and get the result you expected.

damage on your tooth enamel.
