The Court Order summons served by the Federal Government on Senate President, Bukola Saraki, and his deputy president, Ike Ekweremadu, on alleged forgery of the Senate Standing Rules, has been publicly pasted on a notice board in the National Assembly

Buhari is fighting anything he sees as a threat to the north. This game is far from over. what they're doing is to get one of their loyalist as the Senate president before the uncertainty happen to buhari. The north has not forgotten the famous doctrine of necessity that brought GEJ to power courtesy of David Mark. If anything should happen to the president power will not be transferred peacefully to Osibade. Under the maximum ruler, the constitution can be interpreted to mean anything that will favour the north. This's the game plan Tinubu and the west aren't aware of. They think they are fighting an enemy in the person of Saraki.

Buhari has not sent them to jail yet, they were accused of forgery and are being summoned by court...they should go there and defend themselves....if it was ordinary citizen that committed such offence, he/she would have known virtually all prison inmate..by now

I don't believe in judicial system that will be adjourning the case for the next 3yrs, and after that it would be swept under carpet. I think Nigerian Law is meant for ordinary civilians

Formalities, you will still see them bouncing with no tangible results. Nigerian judiciary system, waste of time.
