Doctors advise exercise and well mannered eating during pregnancy to aid and ease delivery and as such, a pregnant woman has gone the extra mile. This differs from the behaviours of African women as the normal thought is that she should be free from house duties and allowed to rest

Mind-tearing? Never heard it before.
I don't see the big deal here, she's doing yoga. Yoga is good for boosting whole body flexibility. I envy her even as a man because child birth would feel like a walk in the park thanks to these exercises performed daily.
