I can bet my last kobo that majority of these staff don't have any job description except to mill around and become clogs in the wheels of having a functioning government operation.

Why so many staff, no wonder our budget is too gigantic.

Is there no better arena or venue to have such a meeting. Trust this is just a PR attempt and nothing good or detail will ever come out of this .

Good to see PMB keeping to his word and cutting down on government waste.

Good One ! A good leadership quality, once in a while ,u nid 2 interact with ur staff members, to know their feel

and most they stand up ?...

it's not crusade so they should not be standing for what ever interactive session they are having.

It is necessary to interact with them though, so as to give them a sense of belonging & that's one of the qualities of a good leader.
