PDP Senate Caucus Announced Decision Not Cooperate With Apc-led Federal Govt. by bumi10(op): 6:17am On Jun 23, 2016
I am under the impression that any branch or arm of the government that it not cooperating with the government at the center is a threat to the country. I could be wrong but like i said that is my impression. Or is it true? If it is, how come members of judicial branch of the government are openly declaring their intentions to not cooperate with the FG?

At a press briefing at the National Assembly yesterday June 22nd, PDP senators announced that they will cease to cooperate with the APC led Federal government after the continuous victimization of its members by anti-graft agency, EFCC.

Were those this leave us?

Did you hear their reason? "after the victimization of their members". The fg should stop its victimization tendency. Like the case of halliburton if it was not the likes of Atiku that was mentioned to have collected bribe, the fg would have sent the EFCC and DSS against the person.

Bloody rogues. The destroyers and enemies of the poor masses. What is wrong in one visiting the EFCC to explain how XYZ amount of money which is way above the person's income got to his or her account?

Must we continue to sin and ask for more grace? Nigerians are not yet serious because when we do, we would be taking our destiny in our hands.

You need to reserve your comment. We all shouted victimization when Metuh was arrested, but today Metuh himself is begging to return the N400M so that he will be let off the hook. Haliburton case happened under PDP's nose and they were in power, they saw it as one of their KPIs and continued as if nothing happened and even stole more. I would rather go after a fresh case with ready made evidence than go after a case that is 10years old with possibly all records destroyed by PDP.

Are you kidding me? My dear stop stabbing yourself on the head! The Metus case you mentioned did it not happen under PDP? The halliburtons case did it happen under PDP? Yes! But why has the efcc not don anything? Because Atiku is now in APC.

What did you think would have happened to the audit trails and evidence under successive PDP governments? You think it will be easy to gather facts on case of 10 years than a case that happened just last year?

Ok oo.

Answer the question and stop been defensive. You know next to nothing about auditing and investigation and how the processes.

Would successive PDP administrations not have destroyed those evidences? That was the question.

You need to get educated.

Do you see why i made my comment? If the person who gave him the bribe has been jailed in America this is the simplest case to deal with. Because with all the evidence used against the person in court, just a call the FG or EFCC would put to America all the files would be transfered to Nigerian. Nations help themselves in cases as this.

one more thing is that this bribe was not paid into the purse of the federal govt, so the bank statements of all Atiku's bank transactions within the period in question would expose everything. Just few punches into a system will bring them out by the bank.

Stop comparing USA's judicial and legal systems to ours. Files do get missing, even in the US at times. Its much more complicated than just transferring files to Nigeria.

Who told you the $500,000 was paid into Atiku's account? Am not sure of that. Even Farouk took $0.6M in his CAP. You are understimating the damage done to this country in the last 16 years that PDP was in power. Adios.

What is it with you? Are you the Dss or efcc? Have you called America and they told you the files are missing?.

If it was not paid into his personal account then it went into his company's account. Certainly it did not go into the federal goverment's purse that was why it was a bribe. The damage done was great that is why they need to go after atiku. But will they? No! Why? He is now in APC. Join Apc and have your sins forgiven. Join apc and automatically become a saint.
