Good day nairalanders/phone gurus
I bought gionee m3 mini some months back, ever since then, I have been facing problems one after the other, ranging from hooking of the phone to sluggishness when chatting, especially Facebook and WhatsApp.
I have been managing it like that because I dont have the cash to purchase another one.
just yesterday, I saw a game on my friend phone and decided to download it, the name of the game is subway surfers.
Ever since I downloaded the game, it has been a born in the neck, so annoying. its very slow and cracks a lot.
please am begging the phone gurus here to help me. How can I solve this problem. Am even tired of the phone but no money.

click backup and reset
select factory data reset

Before you format have you moved apps to memory card?? Ur phone memory and RAM are rather small though
