1. Free Email Form Builder (customisable)

2. Free quality website templates (customisable)

3. Free/Cheap quality tutorial on how to build/customize WP websites


I have not had much useful discovery, so I decided to as here,
where I get the above mentioned tools.

For wordpress, I believe their website (wordpress.org? ) should have something for you. I remember going there earlier this year. There are also tons of tutorials on google (again, paste your search query )
