Newly-elected president of Directors Guild of Nigeria (DGN), Fred Amata was allegedly robbed at gun point at about 2.30 am on Saturday, June 25, 2016.


He was said to have been confronted by a group of armed men in front of his house gate and his car, a Metallic Grey Lexus 470 SUV with license plates AGL 414 CU was taken from him along with his phones and personal belongings.

Reports in the news have it that the suspects allegedly bundled him into his car and dropped him off at Fadeyi Bridge at about 2.30am after stripping him of his shoes

All efforts to reach Fred’s family by media personnel have so far proved abortive.

The insecurity right now is all time high in Nigeria.

The people to robbed are protected while people to be protected are roBbed this is change

Hope those robbing others off their possessions will meet their end soon because all they do is steal, womanize, do drugs and go out again for the next victim!

In life, we all have issues we are dealing with at a point, when you are able to help someone out of theirs, never hesitate........... I wish amata better things to come after this loss...
