Try Asterisk*, its open source linux based, supports all voice protocols including SIP and H.323, compatible with most voip phones including avaya, cisco and 3cx, customizable if u know ur way around unix platforms.

I already have a Mypbx box, does Asterisk work with it?

Most IP PBX do. Check manufacturer website for firmware listings.
