If I may add also. I don't think anyone in Nigeria is selling cement for N1,000 per bag so if you see any ludicrous deal such as this please DO NOT wire funds . Even if you might be slightly interested, have the merchant deliver the products in full (not partial delivery) on site, have your builder verify every other bag as it's been unloaded and then make payment. Let's watch out for each other. |
