it hangs, i would have to lock and unlock the phone before the screen press, its even getting worst now taht after the process it doesnot press, so i have to give it a li2 time before it pick up again

The phone has no fast charging feature yet the battery is massive. To ease things, you will need to get a 2amps or 3amps charger (5v-2a or 5v-3a). With a 2amps charger, it will take around 2 hours to charge to the brim from 0℅ while switched off.

I need someones help here, I am unable to connect to whatsapp with my data, I can only use Wi-Fi to chat on whatsapp. I deleted and re install, same thing. Someone should help before I decide to return the phone

erm.. it doesn't take that long to charge. I use a 2amps charger and it takes about 2hrs roughly. I have a love-hate relationship with the j8, but so far ive been impressed with the battery and design.

I have faced this same issue.. Sometimes it's instagram, Facebook or whatsapp. And when it happens I just re format the phone.

Now my instagram doesn't connect with data except wifi

It's really frustrating
