storage, UDisk services will be
suspended on Sep. 15th, 2016.
Suspension includes,
1.Halting file browsing services
on UDisk;
2.Suspension of permanent
storage on UDisk;
3.Halting offline download
function;
4.Please transfer your personal
files to local disks before Sep.
15th, 2016, otherwise you risk
losing your files after the above
services are suspended.

it downloads your file into your cloud storage without using your data. But you will still need data to download it to your phone or computer.

For you guys info not Nigeria Govt but likely from Chinese Government . So don't judge Nigeria government yet . Most people that comment on the provided link are from China and UC originate from China
