Construction Of Detached 3bedroom flats of 2 storey high@ G.R.A Ssgamu in Progress.

Construction started Wednesday this week to he precise. Below are the progress reports and pictures of work so far done;

Note that a cement factory is not that far from the G.R.A, there are lots of solid minerals being detonated or blast that may lead to vibration on the earth which may affect the structure of the building negatively not withstanding the soil is solid clay.

Necessary precaution have been taken to resist the vibration from having any effect on the structure by introducing raft foundation. So dont be confuse when you see raft in a firm soil know that its for preventive purpose.

1) Plants like shrubs, trees, grasses etc cleared
2) Raft beam formwork in progress
3) Raft beam reinforcements in progress
4) Excavation works in progress
