Cures have been found for Zika and Dengue diseases according to the 4th annual summit on clinical trial in Abuja.

The Samples of herbal medicines were delivered to the Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu,by a leading African herbal farmer and researcher, Ben Amodu, a pharmacist.

Presenting the herbal medicines to the Minister at the Summit, themed “Clinical research and public health emergencies in sub- Saharan Africa”, Amodu said that “the CD8 of a number of patients who used herbal drugs increased from 608 to 778 and from 1,419 to 2,419”.

Zika viral disease is caused by a virus transmitted mainly by Aedes mosquitoes . People with the virus Zika disease can have symptoms including mild fever , skin rash ,conjunctivitis, muscle pain, joint pain , malaise or headache

Ebola is one of five known deadly viruses in the genus Ebolavirus. Four of the five known ebolaviruses including EBOV , cause severe and often fatal hemorrhagic fever in humans and other mammals, known under the name Ebola disease .

What is the name of the herbal medicine, what is the active ingredient and what is the mechanism of action. When and where was it tested and for how long? When did this event take place in Abuja, is the WHO aware of this, many questions begging for answers
