Doctors succeeded in removing a massive spanner from a man’s throat after he swallowed it by accident.

The video which was posted YouTube showed doctors using several tools and struggling to pull the spanner out.

Doctors and nurses clapped after the spanner was removed from the man’s throat at a hospital in Iraq.
