my experience in Benin during Monday morning downpour

When flood decides to exercise it's rights, even the president of most developed countries can do nothing about it .
France and Germany

Being ignorant has made Nigeria not reason properly,this type of flood is not man made and so it happens everywhere( if it's texas now it happen recently,would u say such).Yall need to watch international news sometimes,it will help your brains.WHEN RAIN FALLS MORE THAN WHAT ITS SUPPOSE TO IN A DAY,this is what u get because even the drainage can't accommodate such water....

this isn't a natural disaster please. Don't misuse the word 'disaster'. It's just another normal rainfall in a rainforest region. The drainage system in that state is the disaster and it's man-made.

even if they are giving warning, will they leave, no

It is regrettably sad that when it rains in Benin you can't even go out for you normal business or activities anymore. Cars and houses are been submerged by flood and people lost their life daily all because of this. Some of the pictures when it rained in Benin yesterday.
