The Accountant General of the Federation,Ahmed Idris failed to appear before the Nigeria senate today.


The Attorney General is currently absent from the hearing but represented by the S.A to President Buhari on prosecution, Ministry of Justice told the Senate,chairman of the Committee states that the invitation was for the Attorney General of the Federation and not the S.A.



The Chairman & members of the commitee on Legal Matters, Judiciary & Human Rights asks the AGF representative to take his leave.





"The purpose of this hearing was to defend Nigeria's Democracy but the AGF has faulted the invitation of the Senate again"~ Senator Umaru



"This is a slap on the face of the Senate as the AGF has refused to appear before the Committee after being summoned"~ Senator Utazi

The matter is already in court, the Senate should know better that it's wrong to debate or discuss any matter before a law court pending the determination of the suit

This businessmen posing as legislators should just go on break and feed on their fat salaries, they should allow serious minded people to do their job
