Du is useless on your phone -does absolutely nothing except draining your battery; uninstall it asap.

Android system itself drains battery, but the screen when lit is the biggest culprit. While uninstalling or disabling apps not frequently in use may help, i believe the only option is either to use a phone with high capacity battery or get a power bank as back up.
