New governor of Abia state(based on High Court order) Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah yesterday arrived Owerri airport en-route to Umuahia.
Crowd gathered at his campaign office in Umuhia to welcome him

INEC is to be held responsible if there's violence in Abia state today. The current Governor has gone to appeal court and there's no way Mr Ogah can be sworn in not until the appeal court has made its decisions
