CHIEF SIR DR. VICTOR UMEH ( OFR),DR. ALEX OTTI ( OFR) & 2 OTHERS BAG INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP AWARD - IRELAND. The Igbo Leadership Awards, a Pan-Igbo cultural organization based in Ireland has announced that two of its Igbo Leadership awards will go to Chief Sir Dr. Victor Umeh OFR (Ohamadike Ndi Igbo) and Dr Alex Otti (Ugo Ndi Abia).In recognition of their contribution to development and championing the affairs of Ndi Igbo in Nigeria and indeed entire world The award presentation was done by Cllr Eithne Loftus, the Mayor of Fingal County Council, Dublin.
