As regards the selection criteria or process, it is unfortunate that it was not made public so that it will be in the the best public interest as opposed to the select few.

Also I'm wondering.... If according to the write up Jamnagar produced 1.2m BPD and Dangote is to produce 650k BPD, how come Dangote is to the largest in the world? For those of you in the know please pardon my ignorance and enlighten us.

@omojoshy, this post was published in March 2016 and it's stated there that 50 in a batch will start,I believe after that d next 50 will follow. So that is how d 800 will get trained.

dangote please be informed you will import crude that you will refine oh.... because niger delta oil can not be refined in lagos... shey lagos is now an oil producing state? ok.... no pipeline from niger delta willl deliver crude to that refinery. the marginalization can no longer exist.

Sorry to disappoint u girl, Dangote has already made it clear that no crude pipeline will be laid frm anywhere to his refinery. NigeriA and other countries will queue up to ve their products refined there! But ask ursef one question, isn't time u do away with unnecessary hate u carry in ur heart?

I guess you did not know that ExxonMobil Singapore refinery produces 605,000 barrel per day and they didn't have a drop of oil
They buy crude, refine and resell.
Dangote can buy crude from anywhere in the world.
