A lady who was dressed in a skimpy outfit attracted unnecessary attention to herself this morning at a bus-stop in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state.Babe was spotted with a very short dress and some Nigerians couldn't resist staring and taking pics.

This is why I take them serious only in this regard.
