Hello my fellow nairalanders,my 66 year old mum doesn't sleep @ night,she has taken a lot of sleeping tablets but now they are not really working.

Try initiate things that gives her pleasure, like movies, ancient music****
If she doesn't sleep @night, she can compliment with lengthy rest during the day.
If u can get her fresh goat milk, it relaxes nerves when served chill.
I believe most sleeping pills have side effect, not really advisable .

I've taken her to hospital series of time,infact there was a time she was placed on lexotan but we were advised to stop it cos of d side effect.
