My dear,I use to think like you,but now I know I was wrong all the while. We're presently in IMO state for my brother's traditional marriage. We're lodged in a hotel,so we woke up as early as 5:30am to go do some urgent shopping mat a farmers market at a nearby village;but some of the hotel staff told us it wasn't safe for ladies to step out at that time of the day unaccompanied by some men because the fulani herdsmen usually rape women at that that time of the day;I was shocked!

1) The "Minor" was with two of her friends; which according to the post, weren't raped.
2) According to the post, there was an "eyewitness" that saw the "herdsmen" when they were done.
