I will suggest Farm fresh unsweetened yoghurt.
contains healthy bacteria.
unsweetened i say so you don't start loading baby's system with processed sweetners.

A little sugar isn't bad. It's honey that is a no no for kids less than 1yr. As sm1 said, add enough milk. With enough milk and d soybeans, I m sure it ll b palatable.

gerber yoghurt is also nice

@happymama, there is Gerber yougurt, Heinz yougurt, Pascal yougurt, lactel yougurt all these are for babies/children

There's also Milkana kids yoghurt in addition to the others named above. From my experience with Lactel it's a no no for younger kids. My little girl loved it and I thought it OK at first but overtime I was treating tonsils and such Infections. I traced back and since I stayed off the Lactel brand all has been good.

Good day to all sabi mamas here. I need reassurance on d safety of family planning, talk frm experience. Av met with a health personnel and have also saw some yiu tube videos. Health personnel says bo wahala as usual bt d youtube videos are scary. i wanted to insert dt cord dt wl just cover my tube as long as i dont wana remain preg bt after seeing d side effects on you tube, av changed my mind. Now im thinking of going for dt every 3months injection bt youtube videos says it can cause secondary infertility and some pple even said it on youtube that it made them bleed for abt 3months. My 4days menstrual flow sef is discomforting nt to talk of bleeding for 3months. Abeg pple shd advice me based on experience here o

now is all over the neck, like heat rashes, anyone that goes away look like it peel off. don't know what to do o.have used Raving powder and currently using Agnesia powder pls help a ftm

My daughter too had recurrent boils too. After series of antibiotics within short intervals I resloved to shea butter and it's working well for us. I ensure its applied as many times as possible

I want to believe from your post that the govt pneumococcal is subsidized either way pls familiarize ursef wit any of the healthworkers so u can get the main gist

Me and you dey the same boat o! I noticed it yesterday as I removed his diaper, tiny rashes on red skin! Dunno if its diaper rash or what using coconut oil on it.

I think his own is diaper rash o, leave him with just pants for some hours and alsorub the coconut oil+shea butter. That was what we did at 5 months. this time around its a big red patch on the scrotum

They are like that sometimes. My daughter will perfectly use the restroom at home but still poos in her diaper in school sometimes. . Have you tried to put him in your toilet using kids toilet seater? He may find it interesting. My daughter of 2years plus uses normal toilet, I had to buy her a small chair/stool yesterday so she can be climbing on her own without disturbing anyone again especially when she wants to piss cos her piss piss too much.

It's a relapse phase that will soon pass. Just keep showing him d pooh and telling hi it's for pooing n peeing. You may also reward him by praising him when he does it right. Cheers

Did ur ds stool recently? May be diaper rash. You can use sudocream or baby tribotan on d area.

@liftedhands, dats diaper rash. Use barrier creams like vaseline or sudocream at every diaper change.

@forlahkhe, they all have their side effects and different people react differently to it. Many of my friends prefer d coil. The complaint I hear is heavy mentrual bleeding initially and ur hubby feeling d coil.
I personally don't like hormonal contraceptives.
Visit a family planning clinic, discuss @ length with them,make up your mind and see how it goes.

@Amanda2013, sorry about the cough. You can try madam Zaynie's recipe and see if it will help.
If u think d cough is very serious, take him to hosp let Dr write an antibiotic for u.
