I have two plots with this dimensions in meters.

1 -120* 75
2 -103 *80

I want to build 1 bdrs on these double plot with two 2 bedrooms duplex.
I need to know what design there is out there. And I need to know how to do this economically with two car garages.
I need to tile the whole compound with terrazo or any tiling material in use over there (Nigeria).

If you have a plan or architectural design I will like to see it. That way I can choose the right design and manpower.

the one bedrooms, are they going to be bungalows ? the duplex as well, you said 2 bedroom duplex, isnt that too small, try and explain what you really want better..

I appreciate your help. I want to use the land optimally. That means that I will have to partition it in a way to mix part of it with duplex.
That will be 2 bedroom up nad two down. My family can use the top one. If this approach won't work I will do all duplex meaning up and down (one story style) for all.

what I will advice to do is this, set one plot for the one bedrooms (you can either do bungalow or a storey building) while on the second plot, you can have a semi-detached duplex in one side then the other side will have 2 bedroom up and 2 bedroom down... hope thats okay

How many one bdrm can I get then....?
How many two bdrm can I get as well?
