MY fellow nairalanders, please how do i go about this issue of my line.....Anytime i recharge, Mtn one way or the other must clear all my airtime without my consent even though when am so sure i never subscribed for any promo or services.
The worst of it all is whenever i call their customer care to clarify the issue, they will keep telling me that "THE SOFTWARE NEEDED TO CHECK MY LINE IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE, WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCES THIS MUST HAVE CAUSED YOU. THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING MTN THE BEST NETWORK".......immediately they will bang the call on me.
The latest one that got me so annoyed was that i just borrowed N50 from mtn, they gave me d N45 naira as usual and immediately took all their airtime back and so am going to pay for the money i never used.
MY question now is "HOW DO I GO ABOUT DIS ISSUE ?.....

nooooo......even wen i check my extratime balance it wil show me -N40. so nbdy used my fine to borrow anytin.

Hire a lawyer and sue them. These companies enter Nigeria and try stunts they know their countrymen would never allow. Its because big businesses always lobby our government hence their strong will to defraud innocent customers.

dats d problem....even wth ur lawyer, u might nt still av ur say once u r an average class.
