this project was delayed for more than a year due to poor funding from the GEJ lead government, but as God will have it our messiah PMB came to our rescue.

Honor shld b given 2 d 1 who finishes a project... Dat project cld have been abandoned... Some past administrations have been 2 proud 2 continue with there various previous administration's projects probably because dey don't want dem 2 take d credit... If an administration can't finish d project it starts, I don't think dey shld take full credit 4 it, rather, d administration dat's humble enof to continue & end it
