I went just some minutes ago for my morning jog and something stung in the back beneath my t shirt and reflex reaction I struck now little did I know it feel into my shorts and eventually it stung again but on my testicles !!

Words can't describe the pain I ran inside and ripped my shirts off it was a big black ant. I crushed it and now my left testicle is swollen !!!

I am in pain and really freaking out !

This is serious should I go to a hospital?!!

The pain is bad , any home remedies to use?
Will the swelling down?
Will this affect me on the long run?

Sorry about the visitor that visited your balls this morning.
You can apply toothpaste or aloe vera gel if you can but of necessity....
.... Kindly get to hospital asap as we don't know the type of ant that bit you.

The aloe Vera seems to be working, the pin is reduced and the swelling seems to be going down!

Thanks alot will still go to the hospital to let the doctor have a look.

OP, your balls will be fine. Use paracetamol
/aspirin with loratidine

Why not check ur Emdex or google hydrocortisone? Its primarily to neutralize insect bite

You should be the one to check up the drug properties of hydrocortisone
