This means that it's the manufacturers and not even the retailers that design the fraud. I initially thought that even the retailers could not know. I remember that it was always number 36. Nobody ever gets it.

You never learn lesson well.. All the seller need do is pick any random number and then swap the biggest ballon to the number picked.

I played it a couple of times,at a point I stopped playing because I only got to pick the smallest balloon, I noticed no one ever won the biggest balloon so I decided to buy it instead, and funny enough the biggest balloons are likely to burst on time, compared to the smaller one,and once you blow air into it,it gets soft on time compared to the small once that will last for days to play with,so when I noticed I just stopped playing all together and would buy the small ones they sell for two #5

it was not always 36. sometimes it was 7, or 19, it was random.

See you, I've been in street for long, I have once stolen the biggest Baloon and replaced it with a used condom I found at the back of uncle Badmus window ...it look so different though ...it was when I grow up I realized Baloon is different From Baloon
