Tecno is mad I can not enter phone storage

I have faced this same issue.. Sometimes it's instagram, Facebook or whatsapp. And when it happens I just re format the phone.

Now my instagram doesn't connect with data except wifi

It's really frustrating

Can your phone be rooted and perform the ota update on the boom j8 or are their disadvantages of doing that?

Also if its rooted and I want to perform the ota update, if I unroot the phone and then install the ota update, would it work?

trust me, it aint advisable to root ur phone

it hangs, i would have to lock and unlock the phone before the screen press, its even getting worst now taht after the process it doesnot press, so i have to give it a li2 time before it pick up again

Just got a new trick for it today, if u r rooted

Wipe d cache of all apps tru titanium back up
And also wipe cache too tru d phone
Uninstall d app and reinstall

U good to go....

They think that once one's j8 is bad, it means that all boom j8 is bad. The way some people handle their phone sefsef .

seriously... my phone is working perfectly without any prob.... just surprised his j8 is having all those problems...

As I heard, placing in a bowl of rice ( uncooked), usually does the trick.
