You should first of all wait for an announcement of a find. An estimated reserve before speculations. Oil is an asset, and countries try to add more reserves, not abandon one for another. Being a new find (If commercial), a 100,000 barrels of oil/day will be a good output from the field for a start.

The Niger delta gives above 1,500,000 million barrels of oil a day.

I am aware Kachikwu made an announcement for us to expect something, When exploration is completed, there should be a breakdown of the estimated find, to know the commercial viability. That is only when we can start making speculations.

you don't know anything. Oil exploration is still ongoing in Libya , Iraq , Syria, etc.

85% of Niger Delta oil wells owned by northerners, so at least 85% of the oil blocks from Lake Chad must be assigned to southerners.
