What ever position it is, there is no clear career path, there is no personal development plan.

Don't compare our land transport system to air transportation. Currently, they are yet to carve a niche in that space, of which GIG is leading with a first mover advantage.

But as it currently stands.... the position I know they are employing for is for the unskilled.

Dont be deceived oo, GIG is not a small transport company dough, dey also do logistics, haulage and d rest, my uncle got employed 2 years ago, he is now a zonal head in dier logistics dept, dey pay well sha frm wat i heard from him

yes they are trying. They pay fresh graduates 50k plus 3k for weekly allowance.
