Bro content( articles) is KING. Google can never approved such website. But you can use that template as soon as you are approved. Work strictly on your content and do away with those graphics. Change that template, its not recommended especially for readers which Google cherish most.

U are on the right path... Its quite simple... U need more post with much more word count length.. That's all..

Increase the post word length and add couple of more post.. U will be fine with a good template and navigation
