I am not sure of the first question but I think yes, they do.

The second one is also a yes and she needs to be fast about the processing so as to avoid a story that touch. NYSC might decide to bring out the awaited timetable tomorrow and skip a lot of processes and steps which will subject schools to their heels.

Part-time students of most schools i know of DO NOT go for service. Hence, no need for JAMB regularization.
I guess Amodu already did justise to that already!

The same thing applies to the two scenario.

She can't see her name on NYSC portal when registration begins, so she should just do the needful.
