when pdp was still in power about some years ago we didn't hear anything like strike oo...but apc have come with their mad change everything have gone the other way round

70% is only fair. Wat about other states that have not paid for months. Those guys are not reasonable.

there was strike. It's poor mismanagement and not saving for rainy day by pdp lead government that led us to this mess

yah i know they was strike like the ASUU and co which is nationwide but this one only affect the state only and when pdp was still in power in the state their was nothing like strike

In order not to be partisan, we should also realize that there are equally PDP states that are on strike. From what the op said, these civil servants have been regularly paid their salaries and were paid 70% for just last month. This isn't as bad as Kwara, Osun and Ekiti states who are either owning salaries for months or paying 50%.
Bottom line is that the economy is shrinking and sinking faster than we know.
