Saraki and Ekweremadu allegedly supervised the forging of the senate rules which by law is punishable. Was it the attorney general that forged it? So why invite him to explain the matter he knows nothing about? Guilty conscience, they say fears no accusations. Saraki and co should simply go to the court and prove their innocence. The attorney general should be left out of the matter except the Senate want to make us believe that some people are above the law and should not be touched irrespective of their crime.

You just asked if the AGF will be suspended ? for your information the AGF know whats up , you dont know . the AGF just arrived at the senate president office some minutes ago , in yoruba adage ..... oro mo adieh o mo asha iya lomo awodi ... meaning ..... search google for that.

Someone should please explain how Senate can actually deal with the AGF. I know the judiciary can order the arrest of someone but can the legislative do same? If there are other ways please do educate me. Thanks in advance

If DANLADI of CCT could get a bench warrant to arrest the number 3 citizen of the country that was elected into office , i dont know what will stop the senate from doing same to a just political appointment just like AGF , anyway the senate president just told him he may be forced to use the constitution on him and am sure he knows what that mean , already news have it that he is currently in the senate president office .... am sure he will be on his kneels right because if not what is he doing in the senate president office after-all it is not the senate president that invited him it is a committee in the senate , so why the sudden appearance in the senate president office after all he said he is not answerable to the senate ... i laugh in Spanish....... The point is that it is wrong to invite the attorney general to give reasons why someone who committed an offence should be prosecuted. You go ahead to spew your trash but just get it into your head, the fact that your uncouth and unguarded comment cannot by any means impede my opinions.

Ok let me just answer ur question base on your level of understanding , why did he have to include the senate president name and his deputy ? when in the actual sense the two names are not the police report , so he needs to explain that to them b4 they get to court, you dont doctor a report and try to forge report to fight a forgery case . AGF owns the SENATE some explanation on that . why do you have to include the SP and the DSP when they are not mentioned in the case either were they invited during police investigation . in ARABIC voice .... kelimo nosa ala quodiri hukulihim.... meaning, Talk to people base on their lq

Agf understands the law better than the common man and we believed so strongly that no one is above the law. And more so, as the agf of the federation (law practional) he is expected to lead by example. If he believes what he did is right then, let him show up and prove it. Thats all. What happened when Deziani Madueke refused to appear before the Senate ? What of Stella oduah ? Yeye people. The rules was altered after the end of 7th Assembly and before the inauguration of the 8th Assembly. So there was no session and it has no other name than forged. Senate Members raised alarm not Agf and it was investigated there was a forgery. If you want to know about forgery, go and change your birth certificate and tell police that it is internal affairs to you.

A Senate of political rascals and pirates, those who tout them as having enormous power make me laugh, what is the use of a power that does not effect a positive change, what have they done in a year to move the nation forward?

Why did the powers not dissolve the court before which it's leaders appeared. They should dissolve the executive that power and take over government with the power.
