Am I the only one experiencing this issue here?
I don't know why MTN keep deducting my airtime for services that I never heard of nor subscribed to.

Today, I wanted to recharge again but had to call their customer care because I know what will befall me if I recharge. After wasting my time for up to 20 minutes, they finally picked. After explaining my ordeal to their Customer Service representative, he mentioned one service like that which he claimed I subscribed to. I asked him to help me unsubscribe from it and prevent future automatic subscription which he did and I ended the call. I received a message from them that they have successfully done that.

Believing that my problem is gone, I happily recharged my line and for 30 minutes, my airtime remained intact.
About an hour or so I received a message that I have successfully subscribed to Naijapals entertainment Gist....blah blah blah.
I rushed to check my airtime only to see that N100 has been deducted immediately.
Note: I never browse, call nor send any message after I recharged.
Hence, how did I subscribed to that thing
Am very furious with them(MTN) right now.
Upon on this economic hardship that we found ourself in, I can't even recharge my line and make use of it.
I am thinking of what to do to MTN right now.

Me my own credit mysteriously vanishes... I know what happens to it...... I've resigned to using whatsapp call.

mr jide i have been experiencing same ordeal. . .the painful part is that i will call their cc and i will be asured that noting will hapen only for them to deduct my credit
