I'mpeachment is not the best answer to the problem facing d country now. The impeachment new is finance by d principal officers of the Senate I know. But, b4 talking abt impeaching d president, d senate president must see d end of his trial first and convince Nigerians that he stole our money from wherever he got it from. Government should be made a compulsory subject

Bro its like u dnt or didn't read tht d impeachment notice did nt only cme frm Saraki alone bt almst all d senators. Thts to say if an impeachment move was to b initiated by d senate I bet u mre thn 2rd of d senate house will vote d president out. D president already has commited impeachable offences, such as negleting d federal character principle in terms of appointments, flaunting of court orders through its agencies, and above all d issue of d president nt having an SSCE/WAEC result is mre or less reasons tht can b triggered by d NASS to impeach d president

So because of the past administration, the current situation and impending deterioration of the Nigerian economy by a dullard president and his cohort is totally justifiable in your present state of mind? It has never gotten this bad from what I can see. We can't even find the league table, not to talk on being on the table it self.

- $1.4billion in the ECA, 
- $4.65b back taxes from NLNG. 
- Buhari met an approved budget of N4.5trillion Budget.
- 3trilion on STA

Received Below within a year,
- $2.7billion collected by Inland Revenue in his first 8 months.
- $2.1billion world bank loan.
- $850million Grants from UK, USA and Europe.
- Excluding crude oil sales, Joint Venture profits, Royalties, Income from Customs, NIMMSA, NPA, NACHO ......

Fund collected from looters so far, what's the total??

A year have passed this morning.
1] Not a kilometer of road was constructed, 
2] Not a watt of Electricity generated,
3] Not a Ward was added to any Hospital in Nigeria.
4] Not a job space was created, excepted the CBN job he shared with his cronies.
5] Not a grain of Corn or tomatoes seed was Provided to our farmers. [Fertilizer subsidy taken away and handed back to ex-military men],
6] 41 foreign companies mostly in service industry left the country.
7] 4.3 Million jobs lost in 10months - National Bureau of Statistics. 
8] Food scarcity last experienced in Nigeria between 1983 to 1985 returned back to the country.
9] War on Corruption turned to war against his perceived enemies, any conviction by EFCC are cases meticulously started by previous govt(s). Buhari only win cases on pages of Newspapers.
10] Nigeria dropped from No.1 Investment destination in Africa to No.27 before South Sudan.
11] African Biggest economy shrink from a GDP of about 7% to -0.36%, the fastest decline in the world since record begins.
12] No.3 fastest growing economy in the world to No.83 in 365days.

The Senate has shown overtime they are less concerned about legislation for development and growth of our democracy but their selfish agenda. How many significant bills have been passed or reviewed to better the lives of Nigerians? How many times have they sat to deliberate and wage a big stick on corruption, corrupt persons and mismanagement? How often do these people monitor and supervise various government agencies genuinely in the interest of the nation.

Is impeachment of the President Nigeria needs at this critical moment to strengthen our institution? Why are the Senators misbehaving and these are parents of some people? Can someone, please, bring them back from death of duty/ responsibility? Why always give impression that they are just receiving salaries and allowances for doing nothing meaningful to this nation?

The Senate should sit up and wake up from slumber of hatred, laziness, selfishness, corruption and nepotism; and put on a thinking cap of Nigeria for all, growth and development legislative wise! Enough of misplaced priorities!

If Buhari wants the Senate and House of Assembly not to impeach him, he should let sleeping dogs lie. Muritala Mohammed tried to fight corruption, he was killed during the Military era. This same Buhari and Idiagbon during the Military era tried to fight corruption they were overthrown by Babangida. Now as a civilian president, he is fighting corruption again. This is why they want him impeached.

But the reality is that this government is not prepared for governance hence the confusion, incompetency and macabre dance of the past one year of their coming to power.
