In terms of IGR and allocation, tell me one states among those you mentioned with which Osun can compete with. The Governors of those states cannot perform better than Aregbesola if they are in the same financial shoe.

abegi ogbeni pays for payment of salary to level 1-7 workers but pays half salary to level 8 -17 workers.
