I'm not sure if people are only kidding about not understanding the "Nigerian-born British-Ghanaian" part.

However, that just means one of her parents is British, the other Ghanaian and she was born in Nigeria.

The Nigerian ethnic equivalent would be: "A Kano born Igbo-Yoruba girl."

one of her parents are either British or Ghanaian.
And both of her parents gave birth to her in Nigeria.
