30 million?? For a 3-bedroom bungalow?? When I can get a 3-bedroom terrace duplex in Ikota, Lekki and Ologolo before Abraham Adesanya, as well as other areas before the Ajah roundabout?? Without having to enter that horrible traffic to Ajah? Abeg, make una check those prices again...it is way too high!!

The entire furniture inside that bungalow cannot exceed =N=1 million. Ok, pack the furniture comot from inside the house and sell it bare.

As for the boys quarter, it cannot be more than 1 bedroom or 2 rooms at the most. Is that what is raising the total cost of the bungalow (not a duplex, oh!) to 30 million??
