Former President Olusegun Obasanjo paid a courtesy visit to the Sokoto state Governor Aminu W Tambuwal, Sultan of Sokoto, Amirul Mumineen Sultan Muhammadu Sa'ad Abubakar IV and Shehu Shagari today in Sokoto.
