This Your motor Is One in town,
I can't even explain this car

1.The engine cover is 2GR-FE not a 3MZ, It's either its an RX350 OR A rx330 Whose engine cover was changed.
2. Interior accessories , Steering, sound system e.t.c claims Toyota , which means that this car is A Toyota Harrier.

This your motor no pure , surely there's something you're not telling us, about this your Toyolexus Harrier330.

It's A 2az-fe
If you look at the front properly you'll see the manifold cover where the o2 sensor is placed in a regular 2az.
Also the cover of that 2gr doesn't fit properly
