Am writing in reaction to this thread in front page: https://www.nairaland.com/3235836/corper-court-having-sex-married My question is that, here in Nigeria there are cases where some married men have multiple concubines and children outside marriage its well known, and they are not arrested. In some cases where it involves women, it only ends up in divorce. Is there something am getting wrong? |

Adultery is not a crime in Nigeria, but a sin to God. As regards men having concubines, and women being divorced if they do the same.... it's just that a woman must be a woman of virtue... Does not exclude men tho. It's wrong from both male and female. |

paulGrundy:To me, it shouldn't be.... But don't know all in the NIGERIA constitution. The husband thought there should be an action against the act. |
