its because you encrypted ur fone before wiping, next time un-encrypt the security feature before you wipe your fone. normaly its nt suppose to tk u 30mins to 1hr to wipe.
It may last for days and hang around 98/99% and nt change, the best thing u will ve to do is to relaod the fone, or if u ve a PC, download black berry link, switch off the fone by removing the battery and download a fresh update, it might take u close to 4hrs/5hrs depending on ur internet network connection. After thats is done you fone is good to go.
It once happened to me, dts hw i got it solved, infact my fone remaing at 99% for 1week, i ws tired and frustrated and decide to use blackberry link on my pc wt internet connection. the file shud be around 2.5gb in all.
